1. Agreement
By using MemoThings, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Services
MemoThings provides flashcard creation, FSRS-based spaced repetition scheduling, and community deck sharing. Some features require an internet connection and a valid account.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use MemoThings. If you are under 18, you must have parental consent.
4. User Content License
You retain ownership of the flashcards and decks you create. By publishing a deck to the community, you grant MemoThings and other users a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, study, and share that deck.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not use MemoThings to upload illegal content, infringe on intellectual property rights, distribute malware, or harass other users. Violations may result in account suspension or termination.
6. Community & Public Content
Decks published to the community are publicly visible to all MemoThings users. We are not responsible for the accuracy of community-shared content.
7. AI Features
MemoThings offers AI-powered flashcard generation. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies — always verify before relying on it for critical learning. See our AI Content Terms for full details.
8. MemoThings Intellectual Property
The MemoThings name, logo, app interface, and FSRS implementation are proprietary. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute them without permission.
9. Third-Party Services
MemoThings integrates with third-party services (e.g., Supabase for data storage). We are not responsible for third-party service availability or data handling.
10. Disclaimers
MEMOTHINGS IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT AI-GENERATED CONTENT IS ACCURATE.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MEMOTHINGS' TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS SHALL NOT EXCEED USD $50 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
12. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes shall be resolved through negotiation first, then the competent court in Vietnam.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
